A month ago we made a trip to Karbach Brewery to pick out some hop varieties for a special Hop Delusion Imperial IPA cask for SA beer week. Knowing damn well what our customers like we pushed the limit of dry-hopping this cask with a massive 2 pounds of straight Citra hops.
