Join New Braunfels Brewing Company at Southtown's farm to pizza spot, Stella Public House, for a sour beer pairing. 

We'll be tempting your palate with 4 unique and flavorful beers from New Braunfels. We'll have Les Fleurs de Mal, the lemongrass, seasalt and TX wildflower honey hefeweizen. We'll have our American Oak barrel-aged weizenbock, Cosmic Dancer. And as a special treat, we're opening up our cellar and bringing Sangre de Shiva batches #1 & #2. Batch one is our weizenbock, Shiva's Tears, aged in TX red wine barrels recently dumped of Enchante, a Merlot-forward red blend and only 20 cases were made. Batch #2 is Shiva's Tears aged in a TX Syrah barrel and only 36 cases were made. 

Chef Alex will pair these dramatic beers with a charcuterie-type plate meant to stimulate this awesome flavor experience.
