Come out and meet our newest experimental beer in the courtyard of The Luxury on the River in downtown.

The Bitter Rose is a beer crafted to showcase the beautiful aroma of the Citra hop. We start with our popular and refreshing hefeweizen, LuftWeiss. The base beer is 85% wheat and only 18IBU for a clean, smooth finish. For The Bitter Rose, we dry-hop with a ton of Citra hops and bitter orange peel. The result is a beer with a powerfully seductive nose of tropical hops, a slight bitterness on the palate and a crisp, clean finish. 

Our friends at The Luxury were the perfect spot to pre-release the first 40 pints to leave the brewery. Come down, hang outside, chat with the brewmaster and taste a truly unique and refreshing beer!
